本泄爆门严格遵循国家建筑标准设计图集《抗爆、泄爆门窗及屋盖、墙体建筑构造》(14J938) 及相关国家标准，集泄爆、防火、保温等多功能于一体，为工业安全保驾护航。在爆炸发生时，泄爆门能够快速泄放爆炸压力，减少爆炸对建筑物和人员的伤害，保障生命财产安全，同时具备防火保温功能，满足建筑的多重性能需求。
适用场所：化工、制药、面粉加工、危险品储存、锅炉房等存在爆炸风险的工业建筑。

坚固结构
门框：优质热镀锌钢质型材，壁厚≥3mm
门扇：双层冷轧钢板，中间填充 100mm 厚 A 级防火岩棉
表面处理：环氧富锌底漆 + 面漆，防腐耐用

核心部件：泄爆螺栓和垫片
精准控制：通过调节泄爆螺栓、泄爆垫片和预紧力，精确设定泄爆压力值
快速恢复：爆炸后仅需更换垫片，即可恢复正常使用
