Infasro Nantong Full Industry Chain Base
Yingfeng Nantong Production Base is a full-process business hub integrating product design, R&D, manufacturing, storage, and logistics. It supplies the fastener markets in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, while serving over 500 partner clients globally.
The factory covers an area of 15,000 m², with an annual production capacity of up to 6,000 tons. Equipped with 70 professional production and technical staff, it has formed a highly efficient collaborative team for 'Production + Quality Inspection + Logistics.'
Infasron Production Technology
We meticulously select high-quality base materials, including 1022A and 10B21 carbon steel, as well as SUS304 / SUS316 / SUS410 stainless steel. Through spectrum analysis during the wire rod inspection phase, we ensure that all material properties meet strict standards.
Using imported high-speed cold heading equipment, we maintain precision at the micron level. The screw head and shank are formed in a single process, establishing a solid foundation for structural strength.
We implement carburizing heat treatment for carbon steel screws, achieving a surface hardness of HRC53 or above while maintaining a core hardness of HRC32-40. This balances 'high strength' with 'fracture resistance.' The entire process is conducted in a room-temperature environment to avoid hydrogen embrittlement risks caused by high-temperature tempering.
Our fully automatic thread rolling machines produce high-precision threads. The engagement accuracy strictly follows GB (Chinese), ANSI (American), and AS (Australian) standards. This ensures the screw can auto-tap immediately after drilling without auxiliary processing, significantly improving construction efficiency.
Utilizing STALGARD coating technology, we achieve a coating thickness of up to 70μm, with uniformity exceeding the industry average by 25%. It can pass 200–2500 hours of salt spray testing and 30 cycles of acid rain testing, making it fearless in harsh environments like coastal areas and industrial zones.
The production process involves no acid washing and no external electric fields. Combined with room-temperature processing, this fundamentally eliminates the phenomenon of hydrogen embrittlement, ensuring the safety of screws under heavy loads.
LABORATORY
Infasron Laboratory
Our self-developed quality control laboratory is equipped with professional equipment such as material composition spectrometers, fatigue life testers, and torque strength monitors. We conduct 'Three Forces and One Performance' testing on every batch of products: tensile strength, shear strength, pull-out force, and torque (reaching a maximum of 10N, exceeding the market standard of 8N).
We implement a system of 'spot checks across all stages + full inspection of finished products'. Non-compliant products are directly rejected to ensure a zero-defect rate for outgoing goods. We have been certified as a 'Zero-Defect Scrap Rate Supplier' by Butler for 20 consecutive years.
WAREHOUSING & DELIVERY
Warehousing & Delivery
The intelligent warehousing area achieves efficient management of '10,000-ton capacity.' Through a barcode traceability system, it records the production time, specifications, and testing results of each batch in real-time. Customers can check their order progress at any time.
Products are stored by category, such as 'Coated Carbon Steel Screws,' 'Stainless Steel Screws,' 'Bi-metal Screws,' and 'Customized Products.' The facility is equipped with a temperature and humidity control system to ensure a stable storage environment and prevent dampness and corrosion.
Departing from our Nantong base, we connect to domestic and international logistics via roads, railways, and ports (such as Shanghai Port). We provide customers with 'batch-based and scheduled delivery' services to guarantee the project construction rhythm.
