Galvanized carbon steel self-drilling screws are made from high-quality carbon steel such as 1022A and 10B21. Through carburizing heat treatment, a precise balance between hardness and toughness is achieved. Supported by strict process control, 'Zero Hydrogen Embrittlement' is guaranteed.


Designed specifically for indoor, non-exposed steel structure environments, these screws feature a trivalent chromium (Cr3+) colored zinc electroplating process. With a coating thickness of $\ge 6 \mu m$ and having passed a 200-hour salt spray test without red rust, they offer an anti-rust lifespan of over 10 years in appropriate environments. This provides a professional and reliable solution for steel structure fastening.

High-Thickness Coating, Uniform and Dense Protective Layer

Utilizing eco-friendly electro-galvanizing technology, the coating thickness reaches 6-15μm (compared to the industry standard of 2-5μm), enduring 200 hours of salt spray testing without red rust. After nano-sealing treatment, the surface gloss exceeds 85GU (standard galvanizing is <70GU), and wear resistance is improved by 300%, offering performance vastly superior to traditional methods.

Deep Dehydrogenation Process, Commitment to Zero Hydrogen Embrittlement

These screws undergo a 230°C ± 5°C vacuum stepped dehydrogenation process (held for 8 hours, 60% longer than industry standards). They have passed the ISO15330 hydrogen embrittlement certification. Under a preload of 90% yield strength for 48 hours of continuous loading, no fracturing occurred, reducing the risk of hydrogen embrittlement to near zero.

High Torsional Strength, Worry-Free High-Efficiency Construction

Made from premium C1022A low-carbon steel, treated with vacuum quenching and low-temperature tempering. The core hardness is stable at HRC 32-40, while surface hardness reaches HRC 53+. In drilling tests on 12mm thick Q235 steel plates, the maximum driving torque reached 45N·m (national standard is 30N·m), with a slipping rate of <0.1%. This enables high-efficiency 'single-drive penetration,' shortening construction time by 30%.

Chrome-Free Passivation, Guaranteed Green and Healthy

Using a chrome-free passivation process, toxic substances like hexavalent chromium, lead, and cadmium are strictly prohibited; no heavy metal residues are detected in the passivation film. It complies with EU RoHS and national environmental standards, releasing no harmful substances. This ensures zero pollution in the construction environment and zero health risks for workers at the source.
