OVERVIEW
Stainless Steel Self-drilling Screws Overview
High Strength | Corrosion-resistant | Heat-resistant
Our industrial-grade stainless steel self-drilling screws are specifically engineered for extreme environments and high-efficiency installation. They feature a premium composite structure combining SUS304/316/410 stainless steel with high-performance alloy steel.
These fasteners integrate drilling, tapping, and fastening into a single operation, eliminating the need for pre-drilling. They are widely utilized across various demanding sectors, including architectural curtain walls, outdoor facilities, machinery manufacturing, and solar photovoltaic (PV) mounting systems.

ADVANTAGES
Stainless Steel Self-drilling Screws Advantages
Ultra-High Strength & Load Capacity
Utilizing 410 martensitic stainless steel or SUS304/316 substrates with 12%-14% chromium content. The tensile strength exceeds 750MPa with hardness reaching over HRC40, allowing it to withstand heavy loads and vibrations without snapping or deforming during installation.
All-Scenario Corrosion Resistance
The substrate features an inherent dense passivation film, paired with Ruspert special surface treatments or alloy coatings to block air and moisture. In coastal salt spray or humid monsoon environments, its service life is nearly double that of standard galvanized screws.
Multi-Substrate Compatibility
Eliminates the need for separate drilling and tapping. The hardened alloy steel drill point provides powerful penetration. Available in a full range of specifications (covering common sizes from M3.5 to M6.3) to meet assembly requirements in construction, machinery, photovoltaics, and other fields.
